*Bio: Sarah Domin is the founder of Four Directions Alchemy, a certified hypno-coach, sound practitioner, energy healer, and ordained minister. Her work brings together practical psychology, hypnosis, sound, and contemplative practices to help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and create space for what matters.
Sarah will guide a post-dinner hypnosis experience created for the simple but often elusive act of truly unwinding. This is not about digging into the past or trying to reinvent yourself. It is an opportunity to quiet the mental noise, release the weight of the day, and ease naturally toward deep, restful sleep.
On Sunday morning, Sarah will lead the retreat’s closing sound bath—a quiet, spacious experience designed to help participants absorb the weekend, settle back into themselves, and leave feeling grounded, clear, and restored.
No prior experience required—just come as you are.
